PACKING SYSTEM KEEP OUR PRODUCTS FROM DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORTATION

OIL COATING

If the material is carbon steel, we will treat them with anti-rust oil coating before package to prevent oxidation and rust during sea transportation.

PLASTIC FILM

Each sheet will be covered with plastic film to prevent surface scratch. (When the products is treated with anodic oxidation or PVDF coating)

BUBBLE FILM

Bubble films can prevent goods from contacting with exterior airs directly and reduce products oxidation,also can be avoid collision,protect the mesh well.

METAL PALLETS

Carbon steel with anti-rust oil coating treatment perforated metal ang Galvanized material perforated sheet will be packed with metal pallets.Of course will use the palstic film and waterproof paper to  protect the product from corrosion and moisture.

WOODEN CASE

With powder coating,PVDF coating treatment and other treated perforated metals(especially aluminum material)will be packed with wooden case to protect coating and surface from corrosion and moisture.

Some product in roll also will use wooden case to pack.

WOODEN CASE + METAL PALLET

The thin thickness perforated sheet,no matter it's aluminum material or carbon steel,galvanized steel material,all need use wooden case and metal pallet,to protect it's damaged when loading and unloading by forklift,also during transportation to protect broken.

WOODEN CASE WITH METAL ANGLE OF FOUR SIDES

Sometimes due to the special size,we will use the wooden case with metal angle to erect the case,not only can reduct the container waste,also can protect the product well.

METAL ANGLE

Sometimes the customer will ask use simple package to reduce the cost,we will use the metal angle,usually it's used for the heavy product and after hot-dipped galvanized product.

CARTON BOX

The volume big,light weight product can choose carton box to package,the box can be printed your logo and design.
