Key Matters during production
1. Almost one pc one drawing,need check every drawing very carefully
2. After carving machine cutting will with some burr,need polish before bending,make sure the quality
3. Need make mark on every panel,then the customer can find the correct sheet at the shortest time,save work time.
4. After bending need do PVDF,after that need cover the protect film to avoid any scratch.Then the mark will be covered,we need re-make the mark on the film surface.
5. We check the sheet one by one according to drawing,ensuring no any mistake.
